Project no.1

The project of Vojubi villa is located in the north-east of Tehran in the city of Lavasan. Lavasan is one of the best areas in terms of climate and geographical location in Tehran. The design of this project was the responsibility of the studio of “Dream Design” and it started in 2017 and its construction is still continuing. Vojubi villa is designed on a land with an area of ​​1300 square meters to the north, south.

The whole volume of this villa has been divided into two parts. The first one, the white part, is taken from the movement of plants in nature that reminiscent of organic forms created via curved lines. In the plan and in different parts of the villa. the second one, the gray part, is completely designed with rigid sections like concrete panels and straight lines. The interference of these two parts, both in the external and internal has been illustrated through curves and organic forms.
